Start Remote Support Session

Remote Support
1. Call your software hotline partner.
2. Start the remote support tool given by your hotline partner:

  Cisco WebEx >>             Cisco WebEx
TeamViewer >>               TeamViewerLogo


fastviewer >>                   fastviewer

3. Enter your name as well as the password given by your hotline partner into the corresponding fields.
4. Follow the instructions of your Hotline partner.
